for players for 2025 Men’s and Women’s State Masters Teams.

You must be registered and logged-in to this website to be able to nominate.

Alternatively, the online nomination form can be found under "State Teams" and "2025 Nomination Form"
on the menu on the right hand side.

Nominations for Women’s State Masters Teams: 

Nominations for Men’s State Masters Teams (Note: this does not include WA Country Players): 

A Nomination must be made on the Nomination Form on this website.  The Committee will place each player into their relevant age division according to your age as at 31 Dec 2025).  Note that age qualification is now based one year earlier than previously inline with changes made by Hockey Australia.  E.g. If you turn 59 this year you will be in the 60s age group.

There is a non-refundable fee of $55 to complete a Nomination.  (Note: a refund will be given if a team is not sent in your age group)

Nominations State Masters Teams close at 5.00pm on the Thursday before the relevant first trial.

Women’s Team Selection Trials will be held as follows:

2-day trial Weekend 12 and 13 April 2025 (Saturday and Sunday) at the UWA Turfs (morning only)

Men’s team Trials will be held as follows: 

Men’s team TRIALS for ages 34 to 60 will be held on Monday 2 June 2025 from 6pm at PHS 1 & 2.  Specific times for ages will be advised later.

Men’s team TRIALS for ages for 65 to 80 ages will be held on Wednesday 4 June 2025 at Perth Hockey Stadium PHS 2 from 11.00am.

You will be advised by email as to your correct age group for trials.
